When families reach out to Remember When HealthCare, they’re looking for guidance—someone who truly listens and understands their loved one’s needs. That’s where our Community Care Managers come in. Michaela Benvie, CCA designs customized in-home care plans that empower families and support meaningful independence.

Creating Customized In-Home Care Plans from Day One

Michaela meets with every new client living in communities of Colchester and Pictou County to complete a comprehensive, in-home assessment—learning about their daily routines, preferences, goals, and challenges. Her plans are more than checklists—they’re roadmaps for care that evolve with the client and support the whole family unit.

Beyond the Office: Education, Advocacy & Community Care

Michaela doesn’t stop at planning. She’s a visible presence at health and seniors expos, where she shares practical knowledge with families and helps raise awareness about aging in place. She also delivers training and resources to our caregivers, ensuring they feel confident and supported as part of the care team.
