During the initial home assessment, a member of our nursing team, Jenna or Steph will discuss caregiver matching with you. We take into consideration not only the skill level required, but also your preferred schedule, caregiver preference, and any specific characteristics you are looking for.

Absolutely. Prior to employment, our employees are mandated to undergo and provide a clear Vulnerable Sector Check and Criminal Background Check. These checks are renewed annually to ensure ongoing compliance. Furthermore, our company carries liability insurance, and all employees are covered by WCB insurance.

Following the initial assessment completed by a member of our nursing team, in-home care can begin within 1-2 weeks from that date. However, in urgent situations, such as for clients requiring palliative care or those requiring post-hospital care pending discharge, services can be initiated within 24 hours.
